Shipping and Returns

To return product(s) you must contact our customer service department by email ([email protected]) for an RMA number. You may send any unopened product in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 21 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange but expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note that we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

In order to process the returns in a timely manner do include the following information: (Twelve Springs will be unable to process the return if this information is not included)

All returns must be shipped back to using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation).

Any package that has not been received by and if tracking information cannot be provided, it will be the responsibility of the shipper/customer. A package that is returned to which is marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and if the customer would like the product to be re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $9.95 re-shipping fee.


In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders are unable to cancel or modify once it has been submitted for processing. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order or you can call or email our customer service department.

Damages and Claims

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for 15 business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

You must notify within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
